My Approach and Areas of Focus
My Approach
My approach to therapy with clients is a deeply personal journey, rooted in the belief that growth happens through an authentic relationship between therapist and client. From there, we build a strong, trusting relationship that allows for authentic connection and mutual growth. As we work together, we become mirrors for one another, reflecting insights and offering support in a way that fosters genuine transformation. Grounded in collaborative and family systems theories, we pay attention not only to your inner world but also to the relational patterns that shape your life, helping you understand yourself in context.
I often try to explore and integrate archetypal themes and symbols, because they can offer a powerful way to understand the deeper patterns, meanings, and inner stories shaping your life. Attuning to these themes can help you connect what you’re experiencing now to something larger, bringing clarity, perspective, and a sense of purpose to your healing. This approach, combined with holistic modalities, helps you move more intuitively, reconnecting with your natural, authentic self. As a therapist, I model this authentic connection, creating a safe space where you can explore your true nature, heal from past experiences if that’s needed, and awaken a renewed sense of joy, aliveness, and awareness in your life.
Who I Work With
I work with adolescents and adults who are curious about themselves and open to deepening awareness, insight, and connection. Some clients come with specific concerns, while others are simply seeking an open-minded, attuned space and another thoughtful voice as they explore relationships, life transitions, identity, or inner patterns. My approach is friendly, grounded, and collaborative. I believe meaningful therapy can hold both depth and lightness. Reflection, honesty, and even moments of humor can coexist as part of genuine growth. Whether you are a teen discovering new parts of yourself or an adult reconnecting with purpose and authenticity, our work together is shaped with care, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.
