Hi, I’m Francesca

I've always been fascinated by people. The stories we carry, the relationships that shape us, and the ways we make meaning of our lives. I believe therapy is most impactful when it feels human. My approach is personable, collaborative, warm. and grounded in genuine connection. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your story while identifying practical ways to move toward the life you want to create. My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to show up as your authentic self.

Originally from a small town on Florida's East Coast, I grew up spending my days between the beach and the soccer field. I played competitive soccer for many years before eventually stepping away to explore new passions and interests. Looking back, those experiences taught me the value of resilience, teamwork, and the importance of understanding who we are beyond the roles we play.

My passion for working with people began at a young age. I've always known I wanted a career centered around authentic connection and meaningful relationships. What I love most about this work is the opportunity to step into people's inner worlds. I do not take for granted my position in witnessing my client’s challenges, celebrating their growth, and walking alongside them as they navigate life's uncertainties.

I earned my Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, mindfulness, and collaborative approaches in my work. While my training provides the foundation, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful change.

I strive to be as real as possible in the room. Someone who brings curiosity, authenticity, and genuine care to our work together. While I maintain an unbiased and supportive stance, I am deeply moved by the stories my clients share and honored by the opportunity to witness their growth, resilience, and humanity.
